Carmarthenshire Marriage Lookup c1909 *COMPLETE*

Not sure whether this marriage may have taken place at Llanarthney (as that is where the Bride lived and was christened), or perhaps Llanon, but definitely East Carmarthenshire (so Carmarthen or Llanelly district)

John Williams born about 1884
Margaretta Davies born about 1883 Cefn Abbey Llanarthney. Her father's name was Herbert but he died before she was born. I know she worked in Post Office in 1901, probably Llanarthney.

I know a lot about Margaretta's family but very little about John except that I think he died about 1921. They lived in Upper Tumble after their marriage.

There is a marriage between a John Williams and Margaret Davies Sept 1/4 1916 Llandovery vol 11a page 1890.

No worries. I'm not well up on places in Wales but google did show Llandovery as being close to Llanarthney. But being too late as well I'll have another search.
