I am looking for any info on a Alexander Edgar born 1890 Neilston Renfrewshire Scotland
Immigration Collingwood, Ontario. about 1911
Married Lily Eliabeth Kear 1912 Collingwood
had a daughter 1913 born Collingwood Elsa Lillian Edgar
any more info about Alexander

After a quick search (I didn't try variations of his surname), I don't see attestation papers for him:

In case you have not seen the image, there is an Alexander Edgar, born in Scotland in July 1890 living with a Kear family.  Lily was born in March 1888 in England.

According to the image, Alexander immigrated in 1910.

If he stayed in Collingwood this might help when it becomes functional.

The main site of the library http://www.collingwoodpubliclibrary.ca/ shows that the obituary finder is temporarily unavailable.  If you use the program and servies button and click on the drop down menu and choose genealogy an email contact opens up.  They should be able to tell you when this service will be up and running again or perhaps look up the information for you.

update

thanks for all the help I got I have now received a newspaper  that I has the marriage of Alexander Edgar & Lily Elizabeth Kear and their daughter birth 

so was hoping that someone could help me with any info about a Elsa Lillian Edgar born 29 July 1913 at Collingwood Canada
if she married and have any children
