Cannot find his parents or siblings..

Have you looked on the 1911 census?  If not found you will need to buy a copy of his birth cert

yes we have spent a very long time trawling through the census, have found in the past a number of errors on this return,

Our next guess would be to order certificate, but was hoping that someone may have the cd of births  etc...

hi ref robert ainsworth i had a uncle robert ainsworth born in southwark 19/06/1901 not 1906 ? he had 6 brothers and 2 sisters

This is my grandfather. He was born 1910.

EDIT - there is a Robert AINSWORTH born Sep qtr 1907 Southwark (mother TURNER) and another born Mar qtr 1910 Mile End (mother HUDSON) , so your Robert may not be connor's Robert.

Please help me to help you by citing sources for information.
