Duffy & Geraghty in Dublin
« on: Monday 28 March 05 11:09 BST (UK) »
Edward Duffy and Annie Geraghty were both born around 1900 in Dublin. Between 1920 and 1932 they had 6 children. Annie died in the 1930s and the younger children were sent to a convent. The older children started to move to England. By 1950s all the family including Edward had moved to England. I have 2 addresses:

    1926 - 26 Millmount Cottages, Dundrum
     1932 - 116 Summerhill, Dublin

Any information would be great.

Hi,

I would start by looking for the birth of the oldest child, get the certificate from the GRO in Dublin or details from the birth register on film at your local family history centre and go back to the marriage. If you can get an address close to  1911, you
can check the census.
