That number relates to a J Duffy who died 10/5/1915 not 26.4.1915.  Buried at Harlebeke New British Cemetery in Belgium.  He was a Private in the 2nd Battalion Royal Dublin Fusiliers
 www.cwgc.org

He signed up on 18.10.1911 in Dublin aged 17yrs 9 months - occ messenger and stated to have been born in St Mary's Parish Dublin.  Name shown as Joseph Duffy

Height 5ft 2ins
Weight 103 pounds
Chest 32 and a half inches
Brown hair & eyes
Scar back of right elbow

However - there is then an enlistment record identical in every detail to that above but for a James Duffy.  There is also a "missing in action" record partly damaged showing Duffy 7728 missing 26.4.1915 and then a PoW 22.7.1915 ?? Krk Sammelst or Krig Ln?? ...yhem

His sister was notified but the record is damaged - her name is just shown as Mar address Abbey St Dublin

There are no records for William Duffy.  About 60% of records were destroyed in the WW2 blitz
