JW was High Sheriff of Dorset in 1821 with a seat at Upcerne yet he was born on the Isle of Wight. He had two wives, Ester Hester and Harriet Upton. Does anyone know if anything has been written about this person in the way of a biography. Any further information would be appreciated.
