I too looked for the birth of Arthur N F Hosken or Bosanko....No trace of a birth registration,
But his death registration (1973 , Pontypridd ) gives his d.o.b as 7th March 1901...before census for that year..... Arthur Nelson F Hosken....
Ann Bosanko appears on the census living with a sister.
BUT Arthur N F ARNOLD is 1 month old, and living with his father, John Edward Arnold a 27 year widower , with two children . His wife Ellen Louisa Arnold , must also have died in childbirth, age 27 years. Ellen Louisa's maiden name was Ferris.

I THINK I have found William Trembath in 1891 living with a Aunt Jane Trembath and I may have him 1901. Had unexpected visitors this afternoon, and had to turn off PC. If you haven't found ,him let me know.
