this is probably the wrong place
 but i wanted to say a huge THANK YOU 
to all for help on my research

as you may remember (or not lol) the PUTTNAMS have been my obsession 
so heres my update
i have now made contact with living cousins who have sent a photo and a story
with more to follow (never thought that would happen !)

and all those  of you at the start of a trail or with a brick wall
NEVER GIVE UP
this took many  many years of research to trace a certain someone and many brick walls
