Cavan workhouse

Hi all
a search of the 1901 census for my great grandmother Susan Rudden and her son James  has  come up with a possible match in Latt Cavan. As no match came up for full names I did a search for initials which they say were recorded for people in institutions.
Would anyone know if there was a workhouse in Latt Cavan in 1901?

There were four poor law unions and workhouses in Co. Cavan and this one in Latt was just north of Cavan town. For more details see : Cavan Workhouse

I think it would be clearer if these kinds of details were displayed by the NAI website at the top of the page for institutions e.g. for Army & RIC Barracks, hospitals etc ...
