you could try getting in touch with the Archdiocese of Motherwell,

I found the Archdiocese of Glasgow very helpful several years ago with information on a place of marriage years ago I am sure they would be only willing to give you information

The present Motherwell cathedral is in Coursington road a stones throw from Park St.

Looking at the history the marriage took place in the first catholic misson in Motherwell which served as a chapel-school between 1873-1884.

After which time a brick built church was built in 1885 dedicated to "Our Lady of Good Aid", this served the catholic community for a few years until the new church was built between 1899-1901 - this was later to be designated as the Cathedral for Motherwell Diocese in 1948.

That would be Motherwell Cathedral. It is at the junction of Park Street

Yokerbrian is correct. The original mission was at the corner of Park Street and coursington Street (now Road). The present church is a little further down, and didn't become a cathedral until the new Diocese of Motherwell was formed, 1948 I think.
The school, (Cathedral School) stands on the spot where the old mission building was. It was formally called Our Lady of Good Aid Primary School but, when I attended it almost sixty years ago it was just called "Park Street School".
