Hi, my husband is descended from another of the daughters (Jane Rutter) who married George Argent in Wickhambrook in 1837.

Both the parents as stated above were transported for 7 years for stealing ducks.

About 1857 or so it seems that Jane and George Argent move to Great Wratting, where one of their daughters, Emma Argent, marries a John Cornell.

Thanks,

Charlotte Cornell

John and Emma  would be my great great grandparents through George b. 1860 and Sarah Beavis.
Any idea who got transported to Australia then maybe I can look them up from over here.

Thank

Chris
