WITTON CHURCH - NORTHWICH
« on: Saturday 19 June 10 22:30 BST (UK) »
HI

Does anybody know if there is a grave yard map of Witton church? I wrote to the vicar to ask him but he did not reply to me.

I know my great grandad William Blease must be buried there but wondered if there is a map with surnames written on it?

I'm not surprised the vicar did not answer! Parish clergy are very busy, they don't just work on Sundays  ;D
I suggest you email the PCC Secretary. You will find his details at http://sthelenwitton.org.uk/info.htm

Do you have a year for the burial? There's a cemetery next to the graveyard, that opened in 1896, which is overseen by the local council for which you would need to make a seperate enquiry.

Hi
I have checked in the cemetry and William Blease is not buried there.
He died in 1909.
Thanks
