Thomas Anderson a Cold Stream Guards musician
« on: Tuesday 22 June 10 20:54 BST (UK) »
I wonder if anyone can help me.  I did a google search on Thomas Anderson who was my Gt Gt Gt Grandfather and was a musician in the Cold Stream Guards and I found this quote about him:

On the 'Brass and Woodwind Players' Route to the Profession' website is noted :-  " Anderson, Thomas (1821-1891). Bassoon. Principal in Coldstream Guards' Band, Theatre Royal, Haymarket, Costa's Orchestra, Royal Italian Opera (father of John Anderson).  John Anderson (1859-1925) Bassoon. St.James's Theatre."

I have tried to email the author of the comment without success as I feel it may be an old post.

Is there anyway I can find out more, could there even be photos of Thomas?  I do have copies of part of his military career, but any further information would be wonderful.

Can anyone assist?
