Just a quick question on the above.  I have looked at the website that you gave and noted the registration details for Thomas Meehan.  How do I get a copy of this birth?

I have tried other websites and they are asking for information I dont have.  Is there some way of getting a copy using the information from the Registration Index?

I think thats what threw me.  There isnt an option on the form to include just the Registration Index details.  I'll try and see what comes back

Just make sure the registration details (name, year / quarter, registration district, volume and page) are included in your order somewhere - add on a separate page if necessary.
