gypsy cream biscuits
« on: Tuesday 29 June 10 22:21 BST (UK) »
I am hoping that someone out there may know of the existence of an old biscuit tin which was called 'Gypsy Creams'. They have been out of production for many a year, but it's possible someone may have or know someone who may have an old tin, maybe in a cupboard or sideboard containing buttons or such like!!.
The reason I am asking is that the lady on the tin is actually one of my ancestors, namely my maternal grandmother's aunt. Her name is Maggie Blyth, and she was one of a family of beautiful looking women, who were of the travelling ilk.
It would such a find if one can be found somewhere out there.
Hoping to hear some good news. Thanks

Lizzy
