Stopford court- electoral roll??

Hi Guys,

I eventually found Stopford Court on Oxford Road in Dukinfield. I now need to find out if there would have been an electoral roll for the area in 1868? I am looking for Anne Radcliffe and a Charlie Harrop. And what was the local church at the time? Does anybody have any ideas?
