Where are they?

In 1861 Ann Lewis b. 1794, Hythe, and Frank Lewis b. 1840, Eling, were living in Eling, Southampton but I can't find them after that so where have they gone?   I have not been able to find a death either.  Any suggestions would be welcomed.

In the query, they are born 46 years apart, but in the response there is only 4 year age difference. Can't be the same couple.

I have found the following on Ancestry, but cannot access futher as I have let my subs lapse.

All Ann Lewis, the right age, 1866,1873 & 1870 in:-  Surrey, Dorset and Wiltshire. Nothing for Hampshire. However, a lot of the Ancestry records I have noted in the past put Southampton as being in Wiltshire!

I have found another entry for the 1861 census for Bellona Terrace, Millbrook:-

John            Sheth      40                 b. Eling
Elizabeth         "          45                 b. Eling
Ann                 "          15                 b. Southampton
Jane                "          13                             "
Thomas           "          10                 b. Millbrook
John                "            7                          "
William            "            5                          "
Ann              Lewis      70                 b. Eling
Henry           ?             16                 b. Southampton

Ann Lewis has been entered as mother on the form but as far as I am aware she is the mother of Elizabeth.  What has been confusing me is that I cannot find a death entry for this Ann Lewis also.  It is very possible that this Ann is the same as the one living in Eling with her son Frank.  Could she be in two places at once??  Incidentally the surname is Sheath.

Can anybody come up with an explanation?
