Vital record lookup? Arnold/Ramsden 1887

   Not sure whether this falls into your offer - but have searched 1831 online and free BMD extensively with no luck for either a birth record or marriage record

   John S. Arnold (born Middlesex, ard 1849) married Agnes Ramsden (born Ashton U Lyne, ard 1861) perhaps married in Ashton around 1885-1886.

    Parents of Nellie/Helen Arnold born Dec 1887 in Endon Staffordshire - information is from a  death certf.  (USA, Pennyslvania - 1901) - parents were in US by 1889.

 any information or suggestions would be appreciated - am willing to take a chance with ordering GRO but would like to narrow the playing field a bit...
