Glad it's back, I really enjoyed the first episode, as candleflame has said it was interesting, very informative and I found it quite sad also.

I'm not sure about it. It was interesting but didn't show as much of the work behind the scenes as usual, it was far more about the people who had died rather than how they found the heirs.

I agree with Groom, I like to see what they're doing in the office too.

Wasn't it sad that the man who Val brought up as a foster child, got nothing.
I was surprised that an educated, well travelled woman such as her didn't make a will.

I kept thinking that as well Carol. If they were as close as he maintained, I would have thought she would have made a will in his favour.

My thoughts exactly...they obviously meant a lot too each other and it did surprise me too....I would like to have seen more research too.

I always record the programmes as I never put the television on until much later in the day. It is a shame that it is on at 9.30 am rather than 9.30 pm.

Thanks for the feedback - you will find the episodes are all very different, the amout of Genealogy will depend on how much research was needed - some cases coming up are very complex and we go deep into the search - more simple ones there is not so much to say.

We aim to offer something for everyone and treat each story the best way possible

We are still on for most of March so tune in BBC1 9:15am and join the debate on Twitter or FB #heirhunters
