It says Harry - but that's often a nickname for Henry, so he could have used either (possibly!)

Hi, the recent classic of using Henry and Harry - is Prince Harry who was baptised Henry, but Prince Charles and the Princess of Wales announced very shortly after his birth that he would be known as Harry.
So this interchange has gone on for years.

My grandfather was baptised and registered as Harry. NEVER Henry.
