Can anyone shed some light on Albert T Griffiths b.1890 in California.  His mother was Henrietta Beamon Price, but I know nothing about her husband or when they emigrated to USA.  In 1891 Henrietta and Albert were in England, possibly on a visit as I cannot find them on later censuses.  Did they return to California? Were there other siblings?

Regarding the parents of Thomas Griffith, the only entry I am finding is 1870 and it says the parents were from Ireland - so not sure if it is him or not.

There is a WW1 Draft Registration Card for Albert James Griffith born 3 Aug 1899 San Bernadino. The 1900 Census indicated Albert was born Aug 1899.
Unfortunately his address is San Quentin Prison. Marin County California. He is a machinist helper confined in state prison. He is married, claims exemption for a brother and 2 minor children. Dated June 5th 1917
