Oh that's a shame about the will - it's in the printed index I have,  I wonder what happened   :-\

Just to clarify - is that the monument from Islip Church in the picture?  I can't see the arms you  mentioned very well.

Hello Debbie... Yes , that's from the church. 

When I took the pic, I didn't realise the importance of the 'arms'... not having been in the tudor period before....  ::)

I'm sure there is a description of the arms somewhere, as the visitation says Henry was conformed at Oxford... err.. don't know what that means...

Hi - yes I do have the St Giles transcripts -  bad news though there are no Ban(c)ks baptisms,  I checked the marriage entry but there is no further information
