Guernsey death

Hello,

Edward Rammell was living in Guernsey in 1901 (can't find him in 1911) & have found a reference to him there in 1922. I therefore assume that he died there circa 1927 (he left money to the Royal Pharmaceutical society).

Is it possible to look up his death circa 1927?

Also I presume he made a will. How would I go about finding it?
