1841 census look up please..

Hi i am searching effortlessly for
Robert Greening born about 1835 frenchay .. i cannot find him on the 1841 census ..please can you help.. his parents were robert and mary greening.. he has brothers that passed away 1846 pontypool.. so not sure if the family had moved to pontypool by 1841 .. any help much appreciated.. please.... 1881 census he is transcribed as green.. tc..jui

couldent find them in 1861.. either, just found  a james green born  in bridgeyate  which according to genuki is only 3 mies away from frenchay..martha green wife born in bitton , ( martha was born there )
do you think the emmurator could have mistranscribed robert as james..? got to thinking maybe robert was robert james green /greening.. any in put greatly appreciated.. ty.. tc.. jui

They are in Frenchay in 1841, I found them as Grinning - can't find them at all on Ancestry at the moment but the name is pretty illegible on the image, and its quite faint!

Robert Grinning 35 Ag lab born in county
Mary Grinning 35 born in county
Jane Grinning 15 born in county
Caroline  Grinning 12 born in county
William Grinning 10 born in county
Robert Grinning 8 born in county
John Grinning 6 born in county
Oliver Grinning 1  born in county

Census ref: HO107/361/24/24 according to Findmypast, but that doesn't seem to find them on Ancestry. Folio could be 21 but no luck with that either!

So all present and correct according to the baptisms I left on your other thread, with the addition of Oliver.

OK, found them on Ancestry now, transcribed as Gunning.

Correct census ref is: HO107/361/21/24/24

                fortunately You came to the same conclusion as me that they have been mistranscibed.. i cannot look at the winterbourne fhs as adobe reader not downloading for somw strane reason.. blooming nuisance ... 
                 I have searched the 1851 cesus for robert greening senior to no avail.. and if You do not mind i wonder if You could do a search for him and mary please.. hope you dont mind me asking..

       i checked the census on ancestry.. the search for
  H0107  2447  387  44 came up with Elizabeth  greenway  but when you open up the original cansus it emmurates as Robert.. so you were very clever to find it for me.. thankyou again.. jui
