Help with this one please...

Johann Gotlieb LEVIN: b:circa 1795. Lived in Obernitzischka, near Leipzig in Germany and I think he was a school teacher..but where did he come from and where did he go?

I can find no birth, marriage or death listing for him.

There was a daughter b: 1824, named Henrietta Auguste Levin who changed her name to Henrietta Augusta LEWIN - She sailed with Captain Lüder Stelljes, from Bremen, Germany 24th August 1849, arrived at Port Adelaide, South Australia 9th December 1849 aboard the SS Pauline.

Henrietta married April 7th, 1850,on Scotts Church, Grenfell st, Adelaide and died in Adelaide May 26th, 1886.
