Thomas Hugh Mullin was born in 1914 the son of John Mullin (1870-1931) and Effie Black Mullin (1880- 1929). He was a Presbyterian minister at Convoy and Ballyrashan [Ireland]. He married Julia Elizabeth Forsythe (b. 1924), daughter of Samuel Hunter Forsythe (1881-1959) and Julia Ellen Henderson Forsythe (1888-1942), in 1946 in the Derramore Presbyterian Church.
