Garron SAGGS c1799 Stansted Mountfitchet

Trying to find the parents of my GGG Grandfather Garron Saggs who was born c1799 Stansted Mountfitchet. Also the maiden name of his wife Elizabeth. I have been unable to find a marriage for them. Garron and Elizabeth had five children between 1824 and 1835 born and baptised in Hatfield Broad Oak. Elizabeth died in 1844 so have been unable to find a place of birth for her apart from Essex.
