Thanks radcliffe, I have this info.  I have been to visit the grave, he is there with his wife and all but 2 of his children. 
One is John Forster who is in St Pauls in Winlaton with is wife Isabella Barbara.  The other, Septimus, who knows where he is.

A little note,there says that

Septimus and Mary Forster disolved their partnership on the 13th May 1860,

who is Mary,

That is an interesting note, I had not come across that.

Mary would be his mother. 

I think it should say 13 May 1866 not 1860.

In 1860 the colliery was very much still owned by Septimus's farther Anthony. 

Anthony died in 1863 and part of his will reads :-

"I give and bequeath my colliery called CALLERTON COLLIERY situate at Callerton aforesaid, held under lease  from Thomas Henry Graham esquire with all benefit to be derived therefrom and all machinery belonging or appurtenant I thereto unto my said wife and said sons JOHN FORSTER and SEPTIMUS FORSTER upon trust as to one undivided moiety on half part thereof for my said son SEPTIMUS FORSTER absolutely and as to the other undivided moiety on half part thereof for my said wife for her life  or until she shall marry again and from and after her death or marriage for my said son SEPTIMUS FORSTER absolutely."
