Linlithgow tenements

I obtained some old notes from another family researcher.  Some tidbits fall under a heading 'Linlithgow tenements."  They give the names of holders of certain tenement numbers on High Street.

Does anyone have an idea what the source of this is?

Kincaids (Kincade, Kinkaid, Kinkead, etc.) of Counties Londonderry and Tyrone.

Gardiners of Ramelton, County Donegal.
