Good morning! can anyone help me please, I'm looking for anyinformation on the Baker Family, Father Joseph Baker,born 1848 in Reading, married to Eliza. they were in Reading up to 1871 census,they moved to 51 Swinbrook Road London and are there in the 1881 census, with their children. I am interested especially in Willy born 1872 Reading, Milate born 1874, Joseph born 1876, the last two in Edenham mews Westbourne Park. any info would be gratefully received, thanks

The parents ages are adrift  I think, that is of course if this is the right family, 2 children missing Emily and Milate

can find no record of a birth of a malite baker
the only time that name appears anywhere on records that i can find is 1881
could the name have been mistranscribed. there is a matilda baker birth 1874 in kensington

here in case you do not have it is the baptisam of gertrude duffin
gertrude florence duffin baptised on the 29th may 1899  born on the 17th april 1897. parents names charles and emily duffin
address at time of baptism ; 38,st.urwyns road,kensington
there is another baptism probably yours
florence louisa baker baptised on the 29th may 1899 aged 12.  parents joseph and eliza baker
address at time of baptism; 38,st.urwyns road
baptisms took place at; denbigh road,wesleyan methodist chapel,kensington and chelsea.

St Andrew & St Phillip, Kensington
July 11th, 1975 to parents Joseph & Eliza Baker of 11 Golborne Gardens. Fathers occ Labourer.
