When Susans mother got married she listed on the marriage certificate her father as Phillip and his occupation was a tailor. If you check later censuses the only Phillip Moll who is a tailor his place of birth was Russia

Yes, I agree he must be the one. Born Prussia rather than Russia I believe. I was trying to demonstrate that Harriet was born to Elizabeth Moll nee Barrett 2 years before she married Philip Moll.
