Traer help please

Hi - I'm looking for the marriage of John Traer (born around 1824) and Mary Ann Giles (born around 1832). They were both born in St Clement or Truro so I guess the wedding was there too.

Also I'd like to trace their actual birth dates and details.

What info DO you have already on these two to know that they did marry ?
