Hello everyone,

I'm new to this site and wanted to say Hi !!

I'm interested in finding out as much as I can about The Marquis family. I have  traced back to John Marquis born 1825  Donegore or Doneygore Antrim but unable to go back more!! John Marquis joined the Army on 22 March 1847 age 17 he married Catherine Laird.1846.
Does anyone have any information about the Marquis family or can you point me in the right direction.
