Robert Hughes- liverpool/ burnley

Hi all

we are trying to trace Robert Hughes born in 1889 in Liverpool, he later moved to Burnley,
his parents were Ellen Williams and Richard Hughes,
we do have a picture of Robert aged about 16 in his army uniform, any help would be much appreciated!

The numbers are very faint, and the two downstrokes of the '4' looked like '11' to me. My post has been suitably edited.

I notice he was Robert L Hughes on the 1901 census.  Have you seen the Burnley Cemetery Burials on www.lan-opc.org.uk for a Robert Lewis Hughes in 1954 aged 65?

thanks mo- Ive just had a look and i think its a high possibility its him,

a lot of other family members of his has Lewis as a middle name also
