The Obituary is giving the names of Descendants of Judith. It does not seem to mention any brothers or sisters. Have sent you the details of the Judith's daughter and her husband. Also the son born 1964 Monteray.
This was Elsie Painter (first wife), of Russell who died in 1951. Brother Ivan Painter is also on this Census and mentioned in the Obituary.
