Trouble with Henry

Henry James Tindall born 22 Jul 1815 Westminster,father William.
The only census that I can find him on is 1861 -married,occupation licensed victualler and visitor Atherstone Warwickshire.I can find no marriage and no death.
Can anyone help?

But apparently not at 208 Upper Thames St in 1861 - looks like a John Garner/Groves? is the publican : RG9 224/66/p25.

It appears that Henry and Ann did not marry and Elizabeth's birth was not registered.Is that called a brick wall?
