You change your settings to 50 replies per page so you have MORE time to look up names  ;)

When rushing home from work to make your tea is a thing of the past as you no longer have hunger pangs for food but for your next find on genealogy i.e. rushing home to put your computer on instead of the cooker  ;D  ???  ::)  :P

You type common surnames into Ancestry to see how many people with that surname are in each census and how many births have been registered with that name or mothers maiden name.

Over 300'000 people with the surname or mmn White were registered inbetween 1916 and 2007. Imagine trying to do a one name study on all that lot lol.
