Just found this site  :) I have recently been researching my wife's family - she is descended (great great grand-daughter) from Charlotte Elizabeth Klingsick born 1857 through her marriage to William Henry Burfield.
I have seen the name as Klinsick/Klingzick/Klunsick.
The Caroline mentioned above born in 1863 died 1864 where the name is listed as 'Klunsick'
