Parents name - Baptism Record

Hello,

Im hoping someone may be able to help.

I am trying to find out the name of parent / Parents of the following baptisms.

I have checked IGI and no mention. 

Baptisms are all from St John the baptist, Croydon

Marie Ropkin - 1585
Elsabeth Ropkin - 1588
Amye Ropkin - 1592
Jone Ropkin - 1595

Anyone have any ideas how i can find out?

Hi

These baptisms on the IGI are taken from the actual register. The IGI almost always indexes the parents names if they are included in the register. Contact Croydon Local Studies and Archives for the whereabouts of the actual registers and ask whether the early entries in St John the Baptist's baptisms are listed in the register without parents names.
