Kiltearn Public School

Hi

Would anybody know of any information on this school, I know it was pulled down and the present Kiltearn Primary School stands there now. I have been searching for any info on the school and school registers, they just dont seem to exist.

Would appreciate any thoughts on this you may have.

Thanks for responding, I was told by the Museum of Childhood in Dingwall that the school before it was pulled down sat on the playing fields of the school that is called Kiltearn Primary. They had a copy of my Grandfathers prize book there.

On a visit to the new Archive centre at the Bught,Inverness we saw school registers from Ross-shire.You might be lucky.

they say that they had a recent exhibition on 'School Days in the Early 20th Century and they are the closest town...
