Bristow/ Boughton Monchelsea

I have a Robert Bristow born 1786, he was christened 21/5/1786.  He later married Mary Perrin in 1820.

After a letter from Kent Archives they have told me Roberts parents are/were William Bristow and Constantia (she died 1790). he then remarried a Constance. must of liked the name!!!

I do not know any details on Williams dob, Marriage,death etc.
Trying to go back further.
Any help plz

FamilySearh Pilot has a William BRISTOW baptised 15th February 1756 at Sutton Valence which is not too far away.  Parents Robert and Elizabeth.

William BRISTOW married Constance THOMAS 13th Ocobert 1776 at Boughton Monchelsea.

Are you sure Constantia & Constance aren't the same person.  ???

I am not sure as have a constance having 3 other children with him.

Would b great if there is 2 marriages,
were can u view the boughton monchelsea registers??

The parish registers are available to view at The Centre For Kentish Studies, Maidstone.

Do look at the FamilySearch Pilot which has many BRISTOW records for Boughton Monchelsea

Were you given any details of this marriage ie. witnesses/marital status/possible abode?

Constance BRISTOW  bc1756 buried Boxley or Boughton Monchelsea 1835

I think too that Constantia and Constance were the same person and it looks to be their daughter who was buried in 1790 see http://www.familysearch.org (select Record Search Pilot)
