Could someone please try to find two sisters
« on: Saturday 21 August 10 18:14 BST (UK) »

Trying to locate 2 sisters, last sighted in 1891 at Holborn
I have tried looking for deaths but nothing showed up

Minnie Harriet Freeman SQ1884 St Olave
Florence Lillie Freeman MQ1887 Yarmouth

Would think that Florence would not know she was born Yarmouth as her siblings were all born in London

I did find a marriage for a Minnie Harriett DQ1904 St Olave But there is only one male listed (George Alfred Chittick) but 4 females.

The girls father was Arthur Freeman a Lithograph Printer

Thanks for looking

What a wonderful result.  Just went back to my family sheet and checked out her father's marriage and he was Arthur George.

Thanks very much for finding the correct Minnie

Thanks for the extra info Suzard

Kissimmee,
There are 3 other recorded marriages of Freemans with a father Arthur George Freeman-printer/compositor. Ellen Charlotte, Alice Jenie and Ethel Maud. Do you have details of these if their yours.

Thanks Jennifer for trying to find the sisters.

Now I have been given the marriage for Minnie was able to check out her name and age on the 1911 index and pick up children on the BMD after 1911 with the mother's maiden name.
So not too worried where she was in 1901.  But the where abouts of Florence is still a mystery but some always slip through the net.

Thanks again

Have you had a look for the girls' mother in 1911 to see how many of her children are said to be living?
