The Ruabon area is difficult because of the lack of 1841 info and also because there was a high % of non-conformity. The Blackwell Index has the widest coverage. Also, there was a fair bit of movement in and out of the area - coal, brickworks, etc.

I've found a possible baptism for Ann Powell nee Price, which approximates the age she gives on the 1851/1861 censuses~

15 April 1789 Ann, d/o John and Ann, Moreton Above (Rhos).

I'm a bit busy at the moment (housing, etc.) but will try and follow this line up but don't hold your breath.
