Theora Affleck Scott
« on: Monday 23 August 10 13:54 BST (UK) »
Hi

I am trying to find the date of birth of the above, she married my great uncle Norman Dunn Pawlyn in Canada in 1922 and died in 1933 Radison, I am also interested in her parents William Affleck Scott and Martha Johnson looking for birth, marriage and death dates.

I would be grateful for any suggestions as to where to start looking.

Don't see them in in 1911
They moved to Radisson so you can look there ( Saskatchewan) in 1906 1916

Martha will be a widow as William died soon after the move. ( Theora's brother's account later in Radisson book)

Another request where some of this was already found, please don't duplicate postings relating to the same family/questions. We are all working on the Canada board, so there is no point.

If you can't find your old postings, just go up to "search " and use a keyword (ie: theora or Pawlyn) and your username in appropriate blanks, then hit search

Thanks for the information, I didn't realise that you had to use orginal postings for new enquires reagrding different family members.

To avoid duplicate postings such as happened in this case, yes. These people were already mentioned in that other post, and found.... If it doesn't make sense to you then another way to help make less work would be to always link to any other posts that relate to the same family. Not as efficient, though as we still have to read through another posting...so a lot of us may not bother. Also it uses up more space on the server, having to save all this information over and over again.
all the best,   J.J.
