Although someone has added 'Yorks' to the father's birthplace he is definitely Welsh. Earlier censuses have him born in Poolquay/Welshpool/Guilsford. (according to GenUKI Pool Quay is "a parish formed out of Cegidfa/Guilsford & Y Trallwng/Welshpool in 1863".)

Hi Mikey I have just seen you say you was trying to help a friend, I can confirm I am the granddaughter of my grandad Peter and Nan Judy, his full name was John Philip Peter but as we already had a granddad John being my mom's dad we all then took to calling our dad's dad granddad Peter.
