Charles TOCOCK b 1847 or 1856?

Although the Occp of Thomas from 1854 Marriage does not match this is the only Philip I can find in 1841 with a Father Thomas. The POB matches though.

OK - I've found the source of my confusion, I believe I am reading an incorrectly translated 1861 census:

TOCOCK, Philip     38   1823 
TOCOCK, Barbara     33   1828
TOCOCK, George     15   1846
TOCOCK, Charles     14   1847
TOCOCK, Emily R     2   1859
TOCOCK, Alice     0 (3M)   1861

But the scan of the original has tick marks by the ages, which for George and Charles have been mistaken for '1', so my translation is:

TOCOCK, Philip     38   1823
TOCOCK, Barbara     33   1828
TOCOCK, George     5   1856
TOCOCK, Charles     4   1857
TOCOCK, Emily R     2   1859
TOCOCK, Alice     0 (3M)   1861

This fits more closely with Philip & Barbara marrying in 1854 and Charles being born in 1856.
