Hi,

There is a marriage for a Robert Watson in 1645, in Bishopweamouth, according to Durham, Records Online. However this marriage does not appear on the IGI and I was wondering if there were any other way to find out who this man married without having to pay to see the 1 record on Durham Records Online?

Hi

A Robert Watson married Katheron Tessemond on 5 February 1644 at St. Michael, Bishopwearmouth

Under the Julian calendar, the months of January, February and March (up to 24th) were at the end of the year, so the above date would nowadays be expressed as 1644/5

Hope this is the one you're after.  There were no other Watsons married at Bishopwearmouth in 1645
