Black marriage ..Kelso

A marriage announcement in the Dec. 16 , 1829 Newcastle Courant states.. "lately at Kelso Mr. W. Black of Eweardely Shank, Northumberland, shepherd, to Miss Elizabeth Willison". Last name later spelled Wilson.
Unfortunately I have been unable to find a record of this marriage.  :(  Any help or suggestions would be wonderful.
