William Cadman

I am looking for information on my ggggrandfather.
William Henry Cadman is shown on the 1851 census as being born in Falkirk (Folkirk on census) in 1817.  On the 1871 census he is shown as being born in Glasgow in 1812.  I can find no 1861 census record.  He moved from Scotland to Wolverhampton and married Mary who is shown on one census as being born in 1818 and 1815 on the other.  There is a 50% possibility that Mary may have been nee Blegen.
They had five children, one of which was Thomas - my gggrandfather.
Part of the family moved to Castleford in Yorkshire.

Hiya

This might be a possible marriage for William and Mary but you really need a copy of one of the childrens birth certificates to confirm it
