I came across Estate and Family records on the Online Archives I found Ref Code D/DEb 79/1 27 March 1764 Letter from James Bennell to Thomas Berney Bramston Is there any way I can get a hold of a copy of the Letter I live in Australia  and cant go and see it can anyone help ???Thanks Kaza

your letter would be the biggest one in folder it took 3 sheets of a3 to copy you can stand me two beers when I get to Australia,if I ever collect on all the drink I am due in OZ  I will be drunk for a month,I will send it to your email address I would put it on here but do not think I can do it.

Hi there was no post system around then and the cost of getting a letter to somebody was high,a letter would cost about £5 in todays money so people made sure they got there monies worth will send the letters tonight have to download scanner drivers to my new laptop.
